Susan Drummond
Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS)
Susan Drummond, PhD, MSN, ANP, CNS‑G, serves as the Director of Patient Care Services at HealingHaven Home Healthcare. With more than four decades of experience as a nurse practitioner, clinician, and nurse leader, she is recognized for her expertise in gerontology, psychiatric mental health, and nursing education.
Dr. Drummond has led nursing programs across California—guiding successful state and national accreditations—while mentoring future nurses as a department chair, program director, and professor. At HealingHaven, she provides clinical leadership, oversees quality and regulatory compliance, and ensures that care is compassionate, individualized, and evidence‑based.
Dr. Chuck Osuagwu
Medical Director
Fondly known as “Dr. Chuck,” he is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with nearly two decades of experience across outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings. Since completing his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Dr. Chuck has cared for patients in hospitals, clinics, research studies, and in their homes.
As Medical Director, he provides clinical oversight, supports regulatory compliance, and ensures HealingHaven delivers safe, ethical, and evidence-based care.
