Do I need a referral?
If you’re using Medicare or insurance, yes. For private pay, no referral is needed — just contact us directly.
Are your clinicians licensed?
Yes — all nurses, therapists, and aides are licensed and background-checked in compliance with CDPH regulations.
Can you help after surgery?
Absolutely. We support recovery from procedures like joint replacements, cardiac surgery, and cancer treatments.
For Physicians & Referring Providers
How do I refer a patient?
You can fax a referral to us or use our secure physician portal. We’ll follow up immediately.
Do you coordinate with primary care?
Yes — our team provides regular updates and ensures seamless coordination with primary and specialty providers.
What makes your agency different?
We prioritize communication, individualized care plans, and same-day response on urgent referrals.
Do you accept Medicare?
We are currently in the process of becoming Medicare-certified. Our survey is underway, and we look forward to accepting Medicare patients soon.
